The Daily C.A.L.M. Practice™ Mentorship
An 8-Week Small Group Transformation for Women Healing from Childhood Trauma or CPTSD
If you’ve spent years trying to “hold it all together” while quietly carrying emotional exhaustion, anxiety, or deep overwhelm—this is your space to finally exhale.
This mentorship is for women who are ready to:
-
Feel more emotionally steady
-
Communicate more clearly and confidently
-
Build trust and safety within themselves
-
Create relationships rooted in connection instead of survival
You don’t need to try harder.
You don’t need more self-discipline.
You don’t need to fix yourself.
You simply need the right support.
Why This Mentorship Exists
When you grow up in chaos, instability, emotional unavailability, or neglect, your nervous system learns to survive—not to soften, connect, or feel safe.
That survival wiring shows up later as:
-
Getting overwhelmed easily
-
Shutting down or withdrawing
-
People-pleasing or self-abandonment
-
Difficulty saying what you really feel
-
Anxiety in relationships
-
Feeling disconnected from your own needs
This is not a character flaw.
It is a trauma response.
And trauma responses can be retrained.
Not through thinking alone.
Not through talk therapy alone.
But through embodied practice, skill-building, and supportive community.
This is where The Daily C.A.L.M. Practice™ begins.
What You’ll Learn Inside
This mentorship is built around my 4-step healing framework:
C — Create Supportive Structure & Intentions
We begin by establishing simple, sustainable daily rituals that calm your nervous system and support emotional balance.
You’ll learn how to:

Create a weekly rhythm that restores your energy
-
Set intentions that match your healing needs
-
Build self-care routines that actually stick
A — Address & Reduce Vulnerabilities
You’ll learn how to identify what drains your emotional capacity—and how to reduce or repair those stressors.
This includes:
-
Strengthening boundaries
-
Releasing guilt around needs
-
Rebuilding self-trust and self-respect
L — Learn What You Weren’t Taught in Therapy
This is where real transformation happens.
You’ll learn:
-
DBT emotional regulation & communication skills
-
Self-led Ashtanga yoga + grounding practices
-
Mind-body tools to help you respond instead of react
This is the education survivors should have always been given.
M — Master Daily Practice for Peace & Connection
This mentorship guides you in integrating everything you’re learning into your real life.
So you don’t just feel better temporarily—
You build emotional steadiness that lasts.

Hi Friends! I'm Mandi Gardner.
I'm a holistic healing coach who teaches women recovering from childhood trauma how to stay calm so that they can overcome old limiting behaviors and build supportive relationships.
I'm a Trauma-Informed Certified Yoga Instructor who specializes in Ashtanga yoga with over 10 years' experience. I've been practicing yoga for over 20 years. I am also a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Coach trained by Family Connections of NEABPD.
My drive to help others stems from my own profound personal transformation. Having endured childhood trauma, including domestic abuse, neglect, multiple parental divorces, adultery, sexual abuse, drug addiction, alcoholism, severe trust issues, relationship issues, and emotional dysregulation, I have found a lifeline in Ashtanga yoga and DBT skills.
Because these modalities were so critical in overcoming a 20-year battle with alcoholism and propelling me forward in my healing journey, I share them with you. Now sober for over 6 years, my firsthand experiences and triumphs instill trust and hope in those I help. My personal healing journey led me to create my experiential proprietary method The Daily C.A.L.M. Practice.
