The Daily C.A.L.M. Practice Mentorship
This 8-week small-group mentorship (max 8–10 women) is designed for moms healing from the impact of childhood trauma or CPTSD who want to feel steady, supported, and seen.
Inside the mentorship, you’ll:

Meet Mandi — Author, Guide, Survivor
I’m Mandi Gardner, a mom, wife, author of RISING: A Woman’s Journey of Healing Through Rituals, and founder of Holistic Evolution Shala.
For years, I carried the weight of childhood trauma — cycles of emotional disconnection, unhealthy relationships, and even a 20-year battle with alcoholism. Despite loving my family, I often felt distant and overwhelmed.
Everything shifted when I committed to my healing through Ashtanga yoga, DBT skills, and daily rituals. These tools not only helped me find peace, but they also gave me the courage to build a life of connection, sobriety, and joy.
Now, I share them with other women who are ready to stop surviving and start truly living.
