I spent years desperately trying to fix myself.
I was a high-functioning woman on the outside, but inside I was unraveling—addiction, emotionally unavailable relationships, codependent patterns, and overwhelming anxiety. Therapy helped me understand the root of my trauma, but it didn’t teach me how to rebuild myself.

It wasn’t until I immersed myself in Ashtanga yoga, DBT skills, daily rituals, and spiritual practice that I began to see real transformation. Slowly, I became someone who could stay calm in hard conversations, trust her own voice, and feel safe in her body again.

I wrote RISING: A Woman’s Journey of Healing Through Rituals to offer other women what I never had: a holistic, step-by-step healing path that moves through the chakras as a framework for reclaiming safety, power, voice, love, expression, intuition, and connection.
