I’m Mandi Gardner, creator of The Daily C.A.L.M. Practice, yoga teacher, DBT skills educator, and author of RISING: A Woman’s Journey of Healing Through Rituals.
I don’t teach regulation from theory.
I teach it from lived embodiment.
This work was built from my own experience of understanding everything and still losing myself in the moments that mattered most.
